Terms and Conditions of Use

Our Services

ADZ provides its clients with verified advertising accounts to enable them to promote their products online on various social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google) and other platforms.

Due to its direct connection with each platform’s support services, ADZ guarantees its customers reliable advertising accounts that they can use freely, provided they comply with each platform's policies and terms of use.
The company is committed to accompanying its customers step by step so that they can create and fund their accounts via the Adz.ma platform, which also offers many additional services.

Our services have an excellent reputation for speed of execution and quality of performance. You can obtain your verified advertising account on TikTok, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat , and other platforms within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours.

After receiving the invitation to activate your advertising account, ADZ will organise a free meeting via Google Meet with an advertising expert to provide you with all the necessary information on how to use the account on each platform, subject to the following conditions:

You must have a good internet connection
You must make the connection from a computer

If these conditions are not met during the meeting, it will be postponed for three days.

After purchasing your advertising account, you will be asked to share the product you want to promote with our experts so they can determine whether it complies with the standards and does not violate the platform guidelines.

Note: As a client, you have the option to accept or refuse to share this type of information with us, but if your advertising account is suspended due to a privacy policy violation and you did not go through the store and product verification process, you will bear full responsibility.

Note: ADZ guarantees the confidentiality of your data.

Fees

Our prices are reasonable compared to the high quality of our services.

Creating an advertising account on TikTok requires at least $200 (as credit in your account that you can use for advertising) + 2% of the amount paid for our services.

Creating an advertising account on Facebook requires at least $200 (as credit in your account that you can use for advertising) + 10% of the amount paid for our services.

Creating an advertising account on Google requires at least $200 (as credit in your account that you can use for advertising) + 10% of the amount paid for our services.

Creating an advertising account on Snapchat requires at least $200 (as credit in your account that you can use for advertising) + 10% of the amount paid for our services.

Creating an advertising account on Linkedin requires at least $200 (as credit in your account that you can use for advertising) + 10% of the amount paid for our services.

Please note that a $30 monthly subscription fee is added for support and account management services.

Please note that when requesting an invoice for the service, 20% (VAT) is added to the total amount (account balance + service fee + monthly subscription) *0.2.

Currency

All payments are made in US dollars.
If the currency market falls, 1 USD will cost between 10,5 MAD and 11 MAD , this variation depends on each client,the total spend they reach,and the duration of their use of our services.

If the currency market rises, 1 USD will be evaluated at the market rate.

Refund Policy

ADZ's refund policy is clear and simple.

After purchasing an advertising account, the customer will be asked to provide information about the store and product, the associated page, a copy of the advertisement, and creative media (images and videos).

If the advertisement requires any modifications, the customer will be notified by the experts. The customer can modify the service or product they are working on, provided that they repeat the previous verification steps

If there is a technical issue with the service from Adz.ma, the refund will take 30 days starting from the day the refund request is submitted, with a 20% VAT deduction from the total remaining balance in the account, considering that the current exchange rate will be applied.

Budget reactivation fees:

The Client is informed and accepts that any budget deposit remaining inactive for a continuous period of six (6) months shall result in the automatic deactivation of the advertising account.

At the end of this period, the advertising account shall become the exclusive property of ADZ. The Client’s available balance will not be altered and will be retained by ADZ.

In the event that the Client requests a refund of their balance after this period of inactivity, ADZ reserves the right to charge fees equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the available balance, as compensation for the management, retention, and processing of the refund during the period of inactivity.

(B2B) relationships and contract management:

For our business-to-business (B2B) customers, our account managers will contact you to prepare a contract for the provision of our services.

Suspended Advertising Account

If the issue is on our end, we will provide you with another advertising account with the balance of the previous account; if not, you will not have the right to a refund and will bear full responsibility.
